Could be Bake-O-Glide? They are sort of woven mesh fabric with a silicone covering, which gives a flexible non-stick layer you can use on baking trays, and also on the hotplate of an Aga, should you feel so inclined. I think they have it at Lakeland…

I have just been to a canopy day and we used some fantastic non stick covers sall day, apparently you can wash them and resuse them and then put them in the bottome of your oven. I forgot to ask what they are called, or didnt listen! I want some please !! Where do I go???

Hi Kim, better late than never! i would suggest Chocolate Desserts by Pierre Herme or any of his books. Gordon Ramsey's Just Desserts is another inspiring read.
