You'll have a great time in Books for Cooks! Try Indulge by Claire Clark (former pastry chef at the French Laundry) and Dessert: Dessert Recipes from Le Champignon Sauvage.

Hi Kim, Books for Cooks is brilliant as you can browse and select to suit your own tastes and standards.  I think Leiths have also published a high standard book but you would have to call them to ask.  Good Luck.
